Cottage of full renting for 12 people in Valdocondes 10 km from Aranda de Duero, 160 km from Madrid, 80 from Burgos ,35 km from Santo Domingo de Silos and 11 km of Peñaranda de Duero. The house is very cozy for families with children or for groups of friends who wish to meet up. It is located outskirts of the village, 1 km far away.
The house has private swimming pool, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. It has two floors: on the first floor there are the kitchen, the living room with fireplace (we give you firewood), a double bedroom with bathroom, gym, reading room and a toilet. On the second floor there are 5 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 3 double) as well as three bathrooms with shower or bath and games room. The kitchen is equipped with all the current facilities: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, small appliances (toaster, squeezer, beater, coffee machine…) and the necessary furniture to make your stay as nicer as possible.
The house is located in a ranch of 2000 square meters, all is fenced and with high hedge, so it gives a nice intimacy to its stay. You can enjoy a good barbecue. We have garden furniture outside.
We have in the living room sofas, TV, library. We leave towels, sheets and anything you need for cleaning. The heating is underfloor which gives the house a great comfort. We allow pets.
The village, Valdocondes, has 2 bakeries, 3 bars, shop, and petrol station. There is also pharmacy. If you wish to enjoy the roast lamb and typical products of the area, we have the possibility of serving them at home without having to move.
We provide information about the area. We organize guided wine tourism, cultural routes, excursions along the Natural Park of the Gorges of the river Riaza, hiking routes, vulture watching. You can have a bath in the reservoir of Linares.
